[AAPL] Ninth Circuit Markers Inform DOJ’s Likely Apple Complaint

While opinions are split as to how positive for Apple (AAPL) the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision to largely uphold the District Court’s opinion on Epic v Apple is, one thing is certain: with the Ninth Circuit’s guiderails now in place, more antitrust action against Apple is coming.
