U.K. REITs are expected to grow their FFO in 2024. The second half of the year is expected to have a stronger performance as compared to the first half. The anticipated interest rate cut by the BOE from the second half of 2024 will reduce interest costs and improve rental demand. A stronger balance sheet is also expected by the end of 2024 due to asset valuation which will increase in line with interest rate cuts, leading to a lower LTV ratio.
